The partnership is a network of arts and cultural organisations, creative professionals, educators, and others who are interested in and committed to radically enhancing the cultural education provision and opportunities for children and young people in particular areas. In this region, Creative Arts East, are the lead organisation for PEACH West Norfolk. LCEP development is led by Festival Bridge who channel Arts Council investment and expertise into nine groups across Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Peterborough & Suffolk.
